This is an optional extra only, and you must advise us when booking that you require this paperwork to be completed. 

If you wish to gain NZQA assessment credits, an extra fee per trainee would be charged in addition to either Standard or Beginners course charges.

If you are already NZQA registered you will be required to bring your NZQA number with you on the day.

10852 – Operate a powered industrial lift truck fitted with attachments – Level 3 – 3 Credits 18496 – Issued in conjunction with F Endorsement
